Using enterprise-class DJI drones with Terra, we are able to:

  • Plan automated drone missions (area / waypoint / oblique) to capture aerial imagery tailored to the site’s layout.

  • Generate high-quality 2D orthomosaics, Digital Surface Models (DSM), Digital Terrain Models (DTM) and richly detailed 3D models and point clouds—including LiDAR-visible-light fusion where available.

  • Conduct fast and efficient data processing, even for large datasets, thanks to batch processing, multiple GPU support, intelligent region-of-interest selection, and improvements in RAM efficiency.

  • Perform accurate measurements—for distances, areas, volumes—and do detailed inspections of structural or material quality by comparing model to planned design.

  • Spatial AI that links images / captures to floor plans or BIM models, enabling comparison of “as-built” vs “as designed” to detect discrepancies.

  • Progress Tracking: comparing milestones, validating work complete for billing or stakeholder reports; detecting schedule slippages early.
